While developing the Nemunaičiai project, we had the exceptional privilege of working with the natural landscape of the largest riverbank in Lithuania.

In order to maintain a connection with the Nemunas River, pedestrian streets descending towards the river have been planned. All buildings have been designed at a distance that does not obstruct the views, allowing nature to blend into the neighborhood.
