We offer an exclusive opportunity to invest in bonds to finance the Class A business centre “Hermanas”, which is being built in the Nemunaičiai district - one of the most ambitious urban development projects in Lithuania, right in the heart of Kaunas city.

The project is distinguished by its solid architecture, 10,500 m² of modern and functional office space and more than 500 parking spaces in a multi-storey car park under construction nearby. Construction started in autumn 2024 and is scheduled for completion at the end of 2025.

The total investment in the project will amount to up to EUR 35 million. The company developing the project, UAB S3 Business, managed by SBA Group and TABA Invest, plans to issue up to EUR 23.5 million worth of bonds in several tranches. Investors are offered a fixed return secured by mortgages on real estate and issuer‘s shares.

The bonds are available to investors in Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia. The minimum investment is EUR 1 000.
